|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. |
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Sterling or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Cancellations or returns must be notified within seven working days of delivery and goods returned in original saleable condition at buyers expense. Cost of delivery will not be refunded.

|Delivery Schedule We process your order the day it is received. Orders received before 3pm on a working day will normally be shipped that day. We will normally send your order to you by next day courier . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

Guarantee All our products carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty. Many products have a longer warranty and this is included in the item descriptions.
The warranty on all goods supplied by Gatestore Ltd is on a return for repairs basis and we do not send out
advance replacements. At our discretion and only to credit account holders Gatestore Ltd may agree to
send out advanced replacements although this service is not to be expected. Gatestore Ltd shall not be liable in any way for failure of any product supplied, nor be liable for labour costs involved in replacing faulty items or fault finding. An advance replacement will be invoiced and only credited if the returned item is found to be faulty under warranty. Any
carriage charges will not be reimbursed.
